4. Cancellations & Returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To cancel, you must notify us clearly (e.g., via email or contact form).
You must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation, at your own cost, unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Refunds include the original delivery cost for the standard delivery option only. Enhanced delivery options (e.g., express shipping) are non-refundable.
5. Delivery
Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are also provided before you confirm your order.
We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to you. Once delivered, responsibility passes to you.
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., courier delays, strikes, severe weather).
6. Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (see Section 4).
Items must not be used, altered, washed, or damaged by the customer.
Please contact us before returning goods so we can provide instructions.
